Oftentimes when people want to start their yoga program/practice with me, the first thing out of their mouth usually is “I am just warning you… I can barely touch my toes!”.

I always laugh because yoga is SO MUCH MORE than just being able to do challenging poses!!! Our society here in our western culture has painted the picture of yoga alongside the image of a super thin, super flexible, vegan girl, etc. I am here to show you that this is so far from what the practice was designed and passed down over centuries to do... to transform not only your body, but your brain and your overall health and wellness. A lot of my clients suffer from severe pain and various injuries (lower back pain, sciatica, painful nerve damage, tennis elbow etc.) and I provide them with specific postures/hands-on adjustments, along with breath integration to alleviate pain, to increase range of motion within the body, moving the blood and oxygen back into the different parts of their bodies over a series of classes in order to realign their skeletal system, which then in turn alleviates their pain.


My clients are all walking examples of how the miraculous benefits of yoga can profoundly change your life. They are now sleeping better, learning how to breathe to settle stress and anxiety (resulting in lowering blood pressure), and overall operating at a much higher level of health and well-being, and significantly reduced pain.
