GROUP SESSIONS
All levels of yoga experience are welcome to any of my small group sessions.
Group classes are capped at 8 people in order for myself to truly connect with each individual student to provide the proper assistance that is needed during our time together.
We will explore the various foundational yoga asanas, with the main theme being to sync the breath to the specific yoga poses.
All equipment will be provided (mats, bolsters, blocks, yoga straps, etc)!
There will be a strong emphasis placed on modifying poses, using various yoga props throughout class, and step-by step verbal cueing and demonstrations. Our main focus is to learn how to fluidly move through class at a steady pace with the usage of our breath. Small group sessions are great for both beginners and experienced yogis looking to slow down their bodies and minds.
